The Range of Conveyor Rollers We Supply:
We manufacture rollers to the highest standard in a range of weight capacities, from as little as 3kg up to 650kg supported by each roller. The 650kg conveyor rollers would be classed as heavy duty. We use both precision and general conveyor roller bearings to meet the specific requirements of the machine in which they are to be installed. Conveyor rollers are available in steel, plastic and stainless steel, with standard diameters from 20-80mm.
Motorised conveyor rollers
Grooved rollers for use in motorised conveyors are available in either 35 and 50mm. The groove supports the drive-belt which turns each roller. We also provide support, idle and drive rollers for belt conveyors in many diameters.
Conveyor Roller Materials – Mild Steel and Stainless Steel
We manufacture and supply conveyor rollers in mild steel, stainless steel, and plastic. Rubber covers can also be added to various specifications. Stainless steel conveyor rollers and bearings are available. Our mild steel conveyor rollers can be bright zinc-plated or self-colour.
60mm conveyor rollers
We supply many 60mm conveyor rollers in different materials. Ensuring you have the correct material for your conveyor, we have available:
– High-impact Plastic conveyor rollers in 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60mm diameter
– Mild Steel conveyor rollers in 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80mm diameter
