The Telescopic Expressway Conveyor has been designed specifically as a cost effective solution for efficient loading and unloading of shipping containers and trailers over a level loading dock. Container and lorry loading and destuffing is essential in the logistics industry. This conveyor is proven to significantly decrease the time it takes to load and offload vehicles, and the labour required.
High impact, low inertia, 50mm diameter PVC rollers mounted in fully welded mild steel channel frames powder-coated BS 4800 18-E-53. 50mm bright zinc plated mild steel rollers at load point and 20mm diameter bright zinc plated mild steel rollers at deck transfer sections. Each deck height adjustable by screw jacks.
